dear fellow humans.

2012. when post-dubstep still was a genre and lil’ dave still lived on the countryside. I have a wonderful story behind me, with wonderful people, in wonderful places - a story that has made me the person and musician I am today. but. I have changed a lot in the last few years, I ran from there to there and rarely stayed anywhere. I'm absolutely fine with that, but still I have to draw a line. I will release a lot of new music next year and I can't do that while carrying this pack with me all the time. I have a great need for a white sheet of paper. and there would be no better time: I won a grant that gives me the opportunity to work for quite a while, and there's this pandemic that you may have heard of. I already have hours of new music, but I have to learn to keep it to myself until it is fully grown. I’ll hide in my new studio, writing works for ensembles, chamber music, piano pieces, doing electronic productions, drones and songs. of course my new duo DIVVAS will stay active, WIRREN is a part of this season at gessnerallee zurich, and our label BBR spent the whole summer planing insane stuff for the near future.

thank you everybody who was a part of my story in the last seven years. most of all for sure brother in crime mirko, but there are also many fellow musicians, visual artists, video producers, supporters, remixers and helpers. the list would be endless.
one last thing: I made a little summary-bestof-byebye-album. we are currently experiencing a difficult time, the world seems upside down and people are slowly going crazy. It's not a big act and I don’t like talking about that, but if the small parting present means something to you, donate some money - everything that comes in goes to SOS Mediterranee for obvious reasons. you can also order the dialogues LP or the amour fou CD, I’ll take the shipping money, the rest will be donated as well.
